1. Nutrition Assessment (1 hour)

Shopping for Weight Loss

Weight Loss Schedule

1. Nutrition, Psychological and Medical evaluations on Wednesday/Thursday prior to starting the program.
2. Start 1-week "Cleansing Diet" (Saturday-Friday)
   2.1. 2nd Nutrition appointment (Wed-Fri) at end of 1-week diet
   2.2. Called a cleansing diet because the goal is to remove the hunger-inducing stimuli that the present eating pattern is causing
3. LSMP to start the week of the Cleansing Diet
   3.1. Workshops
   3.2. Support Group
   3.3. Exercise Group
   3.4. All regular LSMP events include weigh-in
4. Activity and Exercise Assessment during the first two weeks
5. Personal Nutrition Assessment Schedule
   5.1. Initial-prior to Cleansing Week
   5.2. 2nd-near end of CW
      5.2.1. addition of solid protein-based foods
   5.3. 3rd-at end of week 2
