Nick Moran, Fitness Trainer
Nick has over 25 years of training experience. His conditioning program consists of a hypertensive, scientifically backed regiment that utilizes the latest techniques in human performance. Nick is also a professional athlete with six years of experience in the NHL as a player, coach, and trainer. He is currently an MMA professional fighter. Nick focuses on teaching our patients how to exercise properly and effectively to avoid injuries in order to better reach their weight loss goals. He frequently gives exercise demonstrations during our LifeStyle Management Workshops.
